Our Services
We provide web design and marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any project are set out in a separate proposal or agreement. Our monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts, you can cancel anytime.
Payments
Website builds are quoted as a one-time price. Monthly plans are billed each month in advance. Prices shown on the site are starting points and may vary based on the scope of your project.
Ownership
Once your project is paid for, you own your website, your domain, and your content. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Limitation of Liability
We work hard to deliver great results, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes like rankings, leads, or revenue. To the fullest extent allowed by law, RallyPoint Marketing isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our services.
