Anatomy of a Landing Page That Books Trades Jobs

Every section earns the phone call or kills it. The page stack converting at 8–15% for trades in 2026.

A homepage tells your story. A landing page makes one offer to one audience and asks for one action. Mixing them up is the #1 reason trades sites underperform.

Here's the section stack that consistently books at 8–15% for our trades clients.

    1. Hero, outcome headline + supporting subhead + primary CTA + trust badge row. Visitor knows what they're getting in 3 seconds.

    2. Social proof bar, logos, star rating, project count. Three numbers, no fluff.

    3. Problem → cost-of-waiting → fix. The pain they're feeling, what waiting costs them, your specific fix.

    4. How it works, a simple 3-step graphic. Most trades sites overcomplicate this. Keep it to three steps. No more.

    5. Featured project gallery, 4–6 real before/after photos with captions and cities.

    6. Reviews, 3 quotes, full names, neighborhoods. No initials. No stock photos.

    7. FAQ, handle the top 5 objections you hear on every sales call.

    8. Final CTA + form, short form (name, phone, address, service needed). One sentence under the button reinforcing the offer ('Free quote in 24 hours. No obligation.').

Build it once, send paid traffic to it, then iterate the hero copy and CTA every two weeks based on what the data tells you.
