Standard hosting is perfect for small businesses that need an incredible website but want to delegate site edits & management to someone that’s not them. You don’t anticipate a massive amount of edits but want the peace of mind of your site being a well-oiled machine 24/7.
Hosting + Service Pro is perfect for businesses wanting access to all the essential marketing solutions without paying an expense monthly payment an agency. So business who are looking for a little more marketing firepower will find a lot of value in this plan.
Is there a fee for migrating our current site onto RallyPoint's server?
No! We’ll gladly redesign your website for you a part of the $99/mo plan (a $2,000 value on it’s own). But if you love your website and don’t want to change, we’ll migrate your site at no additional charge.
Can I downgrade from the $99/mo Hosting + Service Pro Plan to the Standard Hosting Plan?
Absolutely. If you’re finding you’re not taking advantage of the Service Pro side of the plan but love the website, you can downgrade from $99/mo to $25/mo to maintain all of the great benefits you get with our website services.
How fast is your support turnaround time?
Our typical turnaround time is between 1-3 business days (depending on the urgency of the tasks). If there are urgent tasks that need to be done next day, simply communicate the urgency of the edits to your account manager and they’ll ensure it’s done on the type deadline.
Is there a minimum contract?
There is no minimum contract for our Hosting + Service Pro plan. It’s a month-to-month partnership so you cancel anytime. If you want to cancel our service and keep the website we redesigned for you, you need to cover the cost of the service for 15 months ($1,500). So if you stay 12 months on the $99/mo Hosting + Service Pro plan, you will be required to pay $300 additional to gain the rights of the design.
If you simply want to cancel the and not keep the design of the site, there is no buy out needed.
What is the typical timeline of a new website build on the Hosting + Service Pro Plan?
Initial designs are given to you within 10 business days of signing up. Then we make your changes and edits within 1-3 business days of receiving them.
As long as you’re prompt in getting your site edits to our team, our clients typically see their new website go live within 30 days.
